With rental prices skyrocketing and a severe lack of tenant rights, more and more families are finding themselves in dire circumstances. Data from The U.S department of Health & Human Services shows that interceding to prevent homelessness is more cost effective than addressing the issue after someone has already been evicted. Obodo takes action by attending eviction court to mitigate the , navigating community members through Care Housing Assistance Program (CHAP), connecting people with vital supportive services .
